wedding pics

I got married June 23..and i used Queens Bridal for my pics...well they went out of business and never called me to tell me...I didn't get all the stuff that i paid for. I was told my album etc would be ready this month so icalled today and out of business. There was a phone number to call and that has been busy for about 1 hours..i am freaking out here and don't know what to do..i guess i just needed to vent..any suggestions would be helpful..

I think there is a thread about this, I will see if I can find it to bump it for you. A LOT of people wound up having issues because of them

I work with a woman who's son and daughter in law had the same thing happen to them with that vendor.

SOMEHOW they got in touch with the former owners and they were told that all of their pics and videos were sent to some photogrgher storage location?

The bride had to travel there and search through boxes to find her proofs and her unedited video but she did find them.

I will try to find out where the place was and get back to you.

That is horrible. Sounds crazy -- but sounds like a Help me Howard situation (I have seen him in action it does work!)

My friend colleen got married and used them 9/9. Apparently there is some kind of mass suit against them so everyone can get their pictures. I sent her an email to send me details.

wow that is awful...I would be soo pissed and I would be calling a lawyer ASAP, especially if you paid for everything already...Definitely a good
'WHAT IF' question to ask a vendor before booking them.. I hope everything works out well for you!

awwe you pooooor thing! definitely follow up and don't give up until you have those pictures in your hands... and file a suit against them for money back.... then you can get your video edited.. and you will have the proofs to get prints of.....don't give up.. it will DEFINITELY WORK OUT!!!

If you can't find them then call every news company you can to try to get them to run your story and help you out. Make it very public. Don't give up. Call the better business bureau, call a lawyer and post on every bridal site to find other brides who are going through the same thing as you with this company and see if you can band together! I am so so so sorry you have to go through this.
