Wedding Picture Website

Hi Ladies-

I have seen on here that girls are including a business card which includes info for their guests to upload their pictures.

Could you tell me what the website is and how the card should read? I saved the image someone had a while ago but lately I am filing things too good that I can't find it.

I think I have a pic of our photo upload card in my albums. We are using shutterfly for our share site for both video and photo and we will most likely be including them with the invitations or send them out with our thank you notes (I feel they get lost in the shuffle or forgotten at the wedding if you leave them on the tables - I actually can't even find the one from my friend's wedding a month ago).
