Wedding Planner

Hello,

I'm new to Long Island Weddings, and beginning to plan my 2014 wedding. I'm currently in school, and looking for a wedding planner to help with the wedding process/ day of.

I'm looking for suggestions- I've read through the posts and there seems to be so many options and I don't know which one to pick!

Please let me know which wedding planners you recommend
- A Modern Day Affaire
- Cheeky Glam
- Sincerely yours events
- Elite Glamour Events of NY

I feel like this list could go on forever! Also, please let me know if you recommend any other wedding planners!!

I'm using Samantha Renee Events. She's great and patient, But she is firm and fair. I believe she is having some type of end of the year specials. www.samanthareneeweddings.com

I am using A Modern Day Affair. The price is incredible and they are very nice. I highly recommend them.

Wedding Planner

I used Elite Glamour Events to help me plan my wedding and they were amazing. They were so knowledgable with referrals, recommendations and were so creative making my wedding so special and personal for me and my fiance. They even made custom handmade items. I contacted them almost everyday and they always got back to me fast. They are so sweet. They did a custom package for me so whatever you need is what you get...they are great...call them!

I know with Elite Glamour Events (since i used them as my wedding planner and not just as a DOC which many companies only offer) they have many different planning packages. When you call you always speak with the owner Lindsey and she gives custom quotes based on what your looking for her to do and always works with your budget. I liked that they only charge for the services you want so everything is custom but I found them very reasonable and accommodating for my needs.

Im using Cheeky Glam. They do both options you can choose. Planning and DOC.

They are Great!

I absolutely love cheeky glam!!! I never thought I'd get coordinator a until I met with them! Best decision of all the wedding planning so far!

Depends on the package you choose or how you customize your own. I went with my planners full package which originally was $6,500 but she gave me a great discount because she just added weddings to her business and plus added in extras. So now I'm only paying $4,400 for one of her full service package. I know she has services starting as low as $650

A Modern Day Affair is costing me 500. Once you book them you can email/call them from the date you book them till your wedding everyday if you needed to, they come with you to a few vendor appts, they go to your rehearsal,and are with you all day of your wedding.
