Re: wedding planner recommendation???

You have to ask yourself a few questions. The first one is
1. Is a wedding planner in your budget?

Secondly, the ladies on these boards are very helpful. Personally, I think you'll do great w/out a wedding planner and can take care of most of the things yourself. I would recommend hiring a Day of Coordinator though...that is def. worth it!!

Look around the boards for vendors and everything else wedding related, and I really feel you could do w/out a wedding planner, but def. on a DOC.

thank you, a good friend of mine is a planner and highly recommends it. Of she knows she is biased and she moved to Austin so her relationships aren't local so that wouldn't work for me. thx

very good points. I have to get an idea of how much it would cost and then decide. I agree this site is invaluable and has been a huge help so far.

Your ring is beautiful. Thanks for the recommendation I will check out their website.

I hired o DOC Day of Coordinator to handle all the affairs the day of the wedding. I did not feel like I needed the help planning.

I am using Exquisite Affairs

I like that idea then you have peace of mind the day of that things are flowing. How much are they for DOC if you don't mind me asking?
