Mine is a binder so i took pages out and took just the pages in a folder then inserted them back into the binder when i got home
I had a big black binder that zipped closed that I used when I used to train at Disney (like no kidding it says 'it all started with a mouse') but it works really well and sometimes I carried it around and sometimes I left it in the car. Sometimes I didn't touch it for weeks. I carried it more when we were first engaged and going from place to place and everyone was handing us a million things. Now it's just for the vendors that we're using. I've moved in to putting things like menus in big folders now.
I got a bride bag from Fortunoff when we registered. I keep everything in there from contracts to ideas that I cut out of magazines. Then when I go somewhere everything is right there for me. Plus its a really cute bag.
I left at home and put everthing it the second I came home
