Wedding plans this weekend?

Hey ladies - just wondering what wedding plans you have set for this weekend? FH and I have our first (of 4) dance lessons tonight! We found a great groupon for the Arthur Murray by us in Williston Park. I'm working this Saturday and we have FFIL's 70th bday bash on Sunday, so that's likely to be it. I'll probably order our unity candle, too - and maybe get the mani/pedi gift certs for my BMs

Wedding plans this weekend? - Long Island Weddings

That sounds so fun! I'm curious how the dance lessons are. Definitely let us know!! I feel like FH and I should definitely sign up for some classes lol.

FH and I are going away to Grand Cascades Lodge to celebrate our 4 year anniversary, 1 year of being engaged and less than 6 months till our wedding!! SO EXCITED!!

Ooh nice! I have a feeling everyone is going to be enjoying the drinks that night so no one would even notice those dance lessons if we did them haha.

No specific wedding plans this weekend. FH and I have back to back events otherwise I could have gone to the Macy's in Manhasset with one of my BMs to see how the dress I had in mind looks on her.

Nicole it's AMAZING! I'm most excited to go back to the biosphere at the resort. They keep it 80+ degrees so it feels like it's summer while you're swimming in the pool and hottubs. I love love love this place!

we have our food tasting tomorrow! I'm so excited about it :) And on Sunday I'm going with my mom into the city to go to the martha stewart wedding party showcase at gotham hall

Wedding plans this weekend? - Long Island Weddings

This weekend is a fun-filled wedding weekend! Tomorrow I'm going to look at Scully Estate with my mom - hopefully it's where we'll take our wedding photos at! Sunday my mom, my sister, & myself are looking for a dress for my mom.

Any other living and breathing moment will be dedicated to school work

Finalizing tuxedos, then I'm done with all wedding planning...I have everything I need to get married, except of course the marriage license, which FH and I decided to take off on Valentines Day to do this as it will be one month until our wedding!!!

I'm having my second makeup trial this weekend, so hopefully everything works out bc I don't want to overwhelm myself with too many vendors. We'll also be looking at tuxes and rehearsal dinner spots, and I'll be buying some supplies to make a program holder. I went a little crazy buying things off of etsy, so I wanna attempt to make this one instead. If it turns out looking like chaos, then its back to etsy I go lol

I'm going shopping for a shower dress today and thanks to Kristin, going to buy my stamps!

Tomorrow we're going to drop off our invites to be addressed so that hopefully we can send them out sometime next week.

The church called me last week to remind me that we still haven't gone over our FOCCUS test, so we have to do that and make our final decisions on everything with the church on Monday and then we have our meeting to finalize all the details at Floral Terrace on Wednesday! Ahh!

Today FH and I are also going to Bed, Bath & Beyond to pick up some little things we need for the apartment since our furniture is being delivered next weekend!! Woohoo!!
