I wasn't happy with them but I also used them as they were moving locations. Though that does not excuse the poor quality alterations or the nasty attitudes that my girls had to endure.

we used them. they were wonderful for the bride (me) but not the same for the bm's.. they could have been a little better with the alterations.

Thanks for your feedback...I didn't use them for gown or BM dresses. I'm using their services for photography, video and honeymoon planning.

They have a huge selection of gowns and brides maid dresses...but I think they are over priced...I would check out Burton's...they selection isn't as big but if you find the dresses you want somewhere else and go to them with the style numbers, they can get them for you....plus they are much nice and much less expensive...good luck

My sister used them for photo/video- did you already book them? She did not have such a wonderful experience. I'll send you an FM with details.
