Mine is just a word document -- one page, double-sided that you fold in half.

I'd be happy to share it with you if that's what you need.

I was married at the RH so I don't have a religious ceremony program template -- it's just a list of all the people who were in the wedding and the reading my brother read at our ceremony. On the reverse side is our memorial page.
