Im would love anyone's help on the wedding progams for the Church. I cant seem to find readings that I like or sound appropriate for the day.
I have some reading, but if there is a website that is just for that, i would love to hear about it. Im making my own programs and they way they are looking It will look like a book.

MY PROGRAM WILL INCLUDE NAME OF THE BP ..PARENTS SOLOIST PASTOR ETC .. A SMALL VERSE OR LOVE PHRASE ON THE BOTTOM .. AND THE THANK YOU TO OUR PARENTS ON THE BACK ... OH YEAH AND THE ORDER OF EVENTS.. PROCESSION.. ETC

Have you met with your priest yet or attended Pre-Cana? They should have given you a book called either 'Together for Life' and/or 'A Decision to Love'. Both of these books outline the Catholic wedding ceremony or Mass for you and gives you lots of readings to choose from.
Also, for a Catholic wedding ,you can pick any readings you want (one from Old Testament, a Psalm, and something from the New Testament. So if there is something you like and it's not 'love or wedding' related specifically, you can still use it. only one of my readings even remotely mentions marriage.... i picked readings more about living a good life and being a godo Christian.

Thanks, it does help, we are going to our first pre cana class on jan 21st. I kind of looking for some reading that discussed marriage and stuff. Are we the ones who also pick the gospel reading or does the priest.
My priest is a little slow when it comes to meeting with people. I did my focus in like either sept and he still hasnt called me back to review it.
one of my other friends did a focus in another church and they went back 2 weeks later. its been 5 mths. I called about the end of november and the receptionist said he hasnt called you because it hasnt came in.
