I just did mine the other day and followed the template that came with it! The cover was our names, wedding date, monogram and RH name. Page 2 was the names of everyone in the bridal party, parents, and pastor. Page 3 was the ceremony outline and page 4 was a special note we wrote for our guests.

If you are getting married at a church ask the church to give you samples. I had no clue either and that helped out a lot.
