Wedding programs

We are getting married at the catering hall, do I still make programs for the ceremony? My brother and sister both got married in a church and had programs. I would think so but for those of who are doing/have done the same thing, wha'd you do?

I'm also getting married at my RH and I plan on doing programs. I still want people to know who's who, and what traditions we're having and why.

Getting married in the RH also but we're still doing programs but simple ones, we figured people are just going to throw it out anyway.
