Alright ladies?? Here's a wedding related question and it's a question that will probably get some interesting responses with a variety of reasons as to why!!
Which vendor or vendors were the most important for you (and FH of course) to book and WHY?? I know all different things are important to different brides (flowers may not matter to one bride and another may want tons of flowers).

Well..the hall was the most important. We knew we wanted it there.
Other than that...I have no vendors! So as soon as I book this summer..I'll tell ya whats most important.

HALL PHOTO bc ill have thos pics forever BAND bc i think the music can make or break the night...i want a band that will get all the guests out of there seats from the first song til the last song...

I have to say besides the hall which is EVERYTHING for the wedding... the most important, honestly, was the photos and flowers (most people don't care about flowers) but i'm a big flower freak, don't know why. but the photos just b/c you are going to have them forever and that's what everyone sees after the wedding...
we searched forever to find just the right photographer and for me, florist lol but i know a lot of people will probably start to say band/DJ too b/c music makes a wedding as well (i can't remember how many weddings i've been to where the food was awful and i left starving but i had a great time b/c i danced all night).

The Hall is definitely the most important in my book because everything revolves around it. The Photographer is definitely #2 The Florist is a very close #3

For me, the most important vendors are hall, photography & music. Hall because it took us a while to find the perfect place (we both wanted it to be one wedding at a time, nice looking and someplace many people in our families haven't been to). Photography because I'm a picture person. This one seems to be the hardest decision since we still haven't booked one (but I have one in mind). And music because I feel that's just as important as good food. I want people dancing all night long!!!

Hall...since I'm not the outdoorsy type it was way important to me to have the reception at a place where you can take many photos inside. March is an iffy-month when it comes to weather and I woanted to make sure we're good incase of inclement weather conditions.

Hall and photo. The hall was pretty simple. We knew in '04 when we attended a wedding there. We gave a few others a shot to wow us but it didn't happen. Photo was the most difficult. After months of search we finally found someone that was going to take great pictures and give us everything we wanted for less than I could have hoped for!!!

THe DJ- my friends and family love a good party, me and FH also
The Flowers- theymake your reception hall look pretty and make the vision come alive

We haven't really done much except for the RH and church, but we are really into researching photographers now. This is a big vendor for us. The reason is that the photos are something that we will be able to look at 20 years from now and say 'oh remember that moment'. Flowers will die, DJ will play just that nite, limos will be just for the day, etc.....but photos last forever. JMO
