wedding ring

wedding ring

I got my band the other day and i love to try it on and look at it etc. i never wear it out, but just try it on. does anyone else do this strange act? isnt it bad luck or something?

I do it too. Have no idea if it's supposed to be bad luck or whatever. But I've done it like three times so far.

I actually wore mine out but on my right hand. I guess I'm cursed somehow now!!

i was thinking of doing that too. actually in germany they dont have engagement rings, but instead the FH and FW wear their band on the left hand then move it over to the right hand when they get married; they wear wedding rings on the right hand.

you can just say that you are doing that....but like a dyslexic german thing...

I did it ALL the time right after we got ours....then I brought them to my parents' house and kept them there so I couldn't!!!!

I left mine at the Jewelry store till a month before the wedding.. I dont trust myself or my FH. I think he wants to wear his more than me!!

Before I got married I would try my wedding band on all the time and wear it around the house for a couple of minutes just to try to shake off a little excitement. My DH would get so mad because he thought I would get tired of it after we were married but now were married and I still LOVE my wedding band!!

I think it's bad luck if you try on an engagement ring before getting engaged.
