Wedding Ring Poll

So the diamond band on my engagement ring only goes half way around.. thats what i wanted.

I am not a gentle person, so i think it was just a waste of money and honestly I like the way it looks.
When we went shopping for bands, my initial reaction was to get the band half way around. Everyone is telling me i am going to regret it and i should get an eternity. Thank you Heather! And that they are in style etc.

I really do love the eternity band , but here is why i am torn.

I can get two half way around bands for the price of one eternity. And most of you know I HAVE TO HAVE 2 bands. And it goes with my e-ring better.

So its One Eternity or 2 half way ????

i have an eternity band... im super clumsy with my hands so i fully expect them to fall out but the diamonds are small and they seem to be in there really well... my SIL on the other hand has an eternity band with big diamonds and she has had them fall out before...

Halfway..but I'm doing it that way b/c we might get it engraved

Plus if your hard on your ring like I am unless it's channel set I would worry about them coming loose

We spoke to our jewler and they were honest. Since I am young and my weight will fluctuate they suggested halfway. Once you get an eternity band its hard to get it resized etc. Stones also become loose depending on the size. Just something to consider!

I honestly would have been happy with either. I honestly don't think you can tell.

Do whatever makes you happy! I don't think it makes a difference either way.

If you have your hear set on 2, then do the halfs!

i would go w/ the half - i honestly can't tell when ppl have an eternity band til they turn their hands around

ummm now i want 2 bands

I would do halfway. I went into the jeweler with FH sure that I was getting an eternity band. The jeweler right away gave me reasons to think about regarding the eternity (cost/possible lost of diamonds/when I get preggo and swell up I can't resize an eternity).

Also, when I did try on eternity's I personally didn't like it as much as I thought I would with my e-ring. I am so happy I found the band we wound up getting because I absolutely love it!

I'd say if you want the 2 bands, definitely go for the halfways.

2 Half way bands!!!! You know what Im gonna say...
