How much did you spend on your ring and your FHs ring? Does your wedding ring match your engagement ring??
I went on Saturday and was quoted what I thought was a crazy price so I was just curious what everyone has spent.

FH band is going to cost $700 for 14k white gold (just a plain band with a brushed finish)
my band is my great grandmothers so it only cost me $330 to get it sized

my band cost $3500 and has over 1.5 carats of diamonds. Its the matching band to my ering. Fh paid $1k for his - its 18K white gold, thick, heavy. The price of gold is ridiculous right now

Our rings don't match. I'm pretty sure mine was $600 and FH's was $700 - we went to Turkan in Tri-County.

FH is paying $1300 to get 2 platinum bands added to my grandmother's antique eternity ring.. Yep, $1300 for plain platinum, but it looks AMAZING.
I'm paying $650 for his white gold carved ring. The jeweler said it would actually be over $1000 now, but he's giving us the price it was when he first looked at it over a year ago, since we're actually taking the same ring from his stock.
He's also the same jeweler whose grandfather made my grandmother's ring over 70 years ago, so we have a history with him so say the least.
I don't think there's any such thing as a 'cheap' ring anymore since the price of gold is so high.
