Yes! I love them there, especially Noreen--she's so fantastic. I was having second thoughts about the dress I originally ordered and not only was Noreen so accomodating as to let me transfer my deposit to another dress, but she even set up an appointment for me to meet with the dress designer to get his input and discuss potential alterations to the original design. Also, the dress I originally ordered I had also seen at Kleinfelds and it was $500 CHEAPER at Wedding Salon. If you go there, definitely ask for Noreen

how was the pricing of their gowns? i know it all depends on what you get but were their costs comparable to other shops or higher?

I had a good experience there - I bought my gown and bridesmaid dresses there.

I ordered my dress there also. The lady that helped me (Lee) was also very helpful and understanding. She did not pressure me into ordering something I wasn't too sure about. There prics are just a little bite lower than other places.

I went there to try on some dresses that I had already seen elsewhere, and I did not want to go back to those stores to avoid feeling pressured- their prices were about the same for the dresses I had seen more than once..
I worked with Lee too- she was very nice and she reminded both my mom and I of mt grandmother which was nice.

I bought my dress their and my bridesmaids dresses their. I LOVE their customer service. Their price was the lowest I found it AND they have A+ seamstresses!!
i absolutely loved my experience there - I'm picking up on friday!!

I bought my dress, veil and tiara there. We are also buying the bridesmaids dresses next door...So, far it's been a good experience for me except that I wanted to change my mind on the tiara and the owner told me that we would lose our deposit --my mom spent a lot of money --I thought they could have been more accomodating with the tiara...I mean --she could have given me a store credit to use toward something else but oh well...

My gown came in recently, and I have been a royal pain in the arse. They have been very accomodating to me. i was there today matching my second veil because the first one was 'too white'

I got my gown from there. They were very accomodating and helpful. Jo was my seamstress and put up with alot. I had some difficulties, and they were great about it. I would reccomend them any day.
