Yeah, I went. They have a beautiful selection of gowns, but a high price point. When I told my saleswoman that $3K was my max, she gave me such a face! I don't know what your price point is, but this is what happened to me.

I bought my dress and my bm dresses there. I had great experiences everytime I went. I love the designers they carry. I dont know the range of the cost of dresses though. One of my friends bought her dress there and was very happy at the end with the alterations and everything

yes, that's where i found my dress. although i didn't order it from them, i should have. they were very sweet and helpful.

yes thats where i got my gown.... they were amazing!!! my consultant came in and opened the store on a day it was closed so my mom could see the gown i wanted!! they literally went above and beyond! im getting my bm dresses there as well

I got my dress and my BM dresses there. I had a great experience with my dress- good experience with BM dresses, but not quite as good. But for my dress, I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

I got my dress there, and in the process of going through my alterations. They are wonderful there, and I feel they do have a selection of dresses, especially if you shop on a trunk show. they have a list on their website:)

i had an 11:30 appointment to look at BM dresses there on 12/26. I double checked with them that they were open on 12/26. a week after making my appointment and two days prior to 12/26, i get a call from them saying 'we won't be open until 11:45 on 12/26 so we've moved your appointment to 3:30.' i found that to be really annoying so i canceled immediately.

hate to be the only one saying i dislike...but i thought id share my experience.

I didn't like the place because they keep all the dresses hidden in cases and you can't search through the dresses.

I brought tons of pics of the dresses I liked (form fitting, mermaid, trumpet etc) and lots of sparkle

the lady brings me out all A-line and lace dresses. NOTHING i asked for!

she seemed annoyed when i asked for more mermaid dresses, continued to bring me more A-line and told me ' we can turn any of these dresses into a mermaid fit for you'

was she serious?

I know lots of girls had great experiences but it wasnt my cup of tea.

I like to see the dresses on the rack, not just have someone go downstairs and bring some out for me that they THINK i will like.


are you sure youre thinking of the right place?? all their dresses are on easily accessible racks and out in the open, i didnt see any behind cases

I loved the Wedding Salon of Manhasset... and regret not getting my dress there.

Their price point killed me though so I settled for Lillette's.

I love my dress, but at Wedding Salon of Manhasset they have the most awesome customer service!

My cousin got her dress from there and her price point was $2,500. I also went looking there and told her my max was $3k. The consultant was very nice to me and had a lot of dresses in my price range. I would go, they are very friendly.

I had a great experience at wedding salon. I bought my gown there, and when I was back looking at BM dresses, they let me try on my gown again, even though it was crowded and I didn't have an appt.

We're getting all the BM dresses there too!

I'm getting my dress there and so far it's been great! Everyone that works there is soo sweet and accomodating :)

I have a question about their BM dresses though- do they do the alterations? I wanted to get my BM dreses there too but I heard they don't do alterations...

You're right - they only do alterations for wedding gowns. BMs will have to take their gowns to a separate tailor.
