ok so i need a little help... i'm looking for wedding shoes and i can't seem to find any. ok scratch that i found a whole bunch but the problem is my feet are ridiculously tiny! i'm a size 4.5... does anyone know a place that sells shoes for people who have teeny tiny feet?

I am a size 4.5 as well so I feel your pain....lol. What kind of shoes are you looking for?
I went to Zappos and got a few. I got a few from Endless. and if you have time you can go to a dance store in the city and get custom shoes!!! I got a pair from there for the dancing :)

I have the same problem! I'm barely a size 5. I'm thinking about ordering custom shoes from here:

The faq says they will fix them for free if the shoes don't fit.
