I LOve Could Not ask For More...that is my vote.
WE used that song as our wedding recapp in our video.

You can use At Last as your LAST dance.

Okay- I would go with At Last.... it is a classic... but here is the diff... I would go with the version that JUST came out in stores, the remake by Celine Dion. It is so beautiful..... That is new and I think it actually sounds better.... It is a gorgeous song.

Jenn, I am partial to At Last also b/c that was our wedding song. It is a classic, and it is timeless. But, definitely use the Etta James version!
(I am HORRIFIED, BTW, that Celine Dion remade 'At Last' - she ruined the song! She should stick to her own original music. I personally hate when artists try to remake a classic! JMO)

I think the Edwin McCain song is beautiful, too. But, it's more trendy/contemporary. You can definitely use both songs, and save yourself from having to choose. But, ask yourself which song has more meaning for your first dance? Have fun deciding - either way, you've got a great choice!

I love 'At last'. We have not picked our wedding song, but I am leaning toward that.

DONOT use the CelineDion version. I love Celine, but the Etta James version is a classic.

IMO songs should not be remade.

Let us know what you decide.

Okay, Okay.... I was outnumbered with the whole Celine thing. I thought the song was nice, but I do love Etta and would not want to step on such a classic. G-d, you guys really didn't like the new version of that song?

I LOVE At Last.. At first that was our song, and then after hearing the Kelly Clarkson song I wanted that, but then one night FBIL, who's a singer, sang At Last for us and it made me shiver... FH LOVES that song.. so I don't know now either lol

I have to vote for At Last, as I love Etta, and the song is timeless. I am a bit partial, as we are not doing our first dance to a contemporary song either- we are using Always and Forever by Heatwave, which is a classic R&B song. We will be using At Last as our final song of the night.
