Who generally makes the speeches at the wedding reception? Father of the Bride, Best Man, Maid of Honor?
those were the 3 ppl who made a speech at our wedding. plus DH and i did a quick TY speech to everyone

I think we are going to have the MOH BM and we might do a little speech thanking everyone.

i think those are the big ones. sometimes its just the BM and the MOH
I gave a speech at my brother's wedding...but i think it's bc i was drunk. I totally wasnt supposed to. It was a nice speech, and it was not sloppy or anything like that. The margaritas just gave me the courage to get up there and say what i said.

I've also been to weddings where only the BM makes a speech.

Our BM, MO, and my dad did a speech right after one another....my dad took the cake though! the whole place was crying...it was beautiful!! You can have whomever you want to speak...it's your day!!
