FH's brother as far as I know is the only one giving a toast. And our priest is giving a blessing. I might get up and grab the mic and say something though especially if I have enough to drink beforehand

Probably just the BM. Not sure if my MOH (sister) is going to want to do one, seeing as how I'm not really comfortable getting up and doing one for her. I'm her MOH and her wedding is in October, so we'll see. . .

Oh god, I’m scared to even think about it, lol.
FH is Swedish and the Swedes have this big tradition of having a toastmaster—someone whose job it is to actually be in charge of the toasts. I think traditionally LOTS of people toast, parents, friends, all that. The toastmaster has to know who wants to toast and will call on them at during time when he thinks its appropriate.
Another important part of being a toastmaster—cutting the toaster off if it’s going too long or just getting too strange
