I am getting married in october and I was thinking about a wedding them but I have no idea what to pick. What is your theme?

My october wedding will have a NYish autumn theme. Ya know, apples and stuff. I'll also have plenty of leaves and pumkin decorations.

I'm having a fall themed wedding as well. The girls will be dressed in a burgandy color. I'm having gourds and leaves spread out on each table. My invitations have leaves on them, and the table cards have leaves as well. For the favors, I am doing a coffee cup and will have a cinnamon flavored tea and regular coffee inside. I would have loved to have leaves tossed as I left the church, but I don't think they are too keen on that idea.

I am doing a summer/flower theme. My tables will be named after types of flowers. My favor is almost like a take home garden idea. My girls will be wearing yellow (like sunflowers, my absolute fav!). And I'm sure I will add more touches as the time goes.

I have a nautical/lighthouse theme since our reception is at the Merchant Marine Academy. I also love lighthouses. I am making my own centerpieces from paintable wooden lighthouses from Michaels, have a lighthouse on my invites, etc. My colors are purple and white, though and I am incorporating them into the theme by painting the lighthouses purple and white.

Me & My Bride twin (divabride) had the same ideas going. I am doing a Fall theme also....apples and pumpkins, leaves, Fall colors, etc.

We're having a summery, Hamptons-esque themed wedding. Colors are going to be pink and green with plaids. We'll be using galvanized pails for centerpieces, bathroom buckets, flower girl basket, etc. We're making wine cork placecard holders and giving away bottles of LI wines for favors. I'd love to do a clambake for the RD, but I'm afraid it will be too expensive. The wedding will be just past Riverhead, and my parents rented a Hampton house nearby for the RD, after-party, and brunch the following morning. I'm still looking for more ways to incorporate the Hamptons into the theme.

we're doing a daisy theme... just becasue they're my favorite flower and with the wedding being in june, i thought they were cute and summer-y we have invitations and a guest book with daisies on them, centerpeices and BM bo-ks will be daisies, and i'm lookin into daisy seed packets for favors probably will try to put daisies on the place cards somehow too... we'll see... tryin to be careful not to overdo it TOO much

why not the winery's shopping in the hamptons or going to the beautiful beaches

Since my wedding is on New years eve, I wanted to stay away from a typical new years eve party look. I'm making it a winter wonderland. Lots of snow and glitter!!!
