wedding timeline

i am trying to figure out all of the things I need to do and plan for the day of (for booking and budget purposes). A lot of people are asking the time and I haven't quite figured it out.

If I am having my ceremony at 5:30, when should I start with hair, makeup, photos, etc...

Do you have a big BP? Usually your makeup artist and hairstylist will tell you what time they will be there based on what time your photog is coming to take pics and the number of people in your BP getting their hair/makeup done.
For example, my photog was there in the hotel at 8 AM so my makeup and hair ladies said they would be there at 5 AM ( lol) to do me, my 2 MOHs, 1 BM and my MIL.

I told my makeup and hair how many people I have. My ceremony is a t 3:00 so I said we wanted to be ready by 1:30, and then they decided what time to start working on us,

Edited to Add: We have a gap after ceremony so we can take pics then, but if you don't you will want to be ready even earlier so you can take pics before the ceremony.

Thanks! I haven't totally decided the number of people in my BP, but I wanted to get an idea of when to get the photogs there and tell other people to be around.

I couldn't imagine getting ready at 5 am... even though I will probably be wide awake the day of!
