What is a good website to go through to make a nice wedding website?? FYI - FH and I both have ZERO experience with making websites and all of those fancy programs. I want something that is nice that we can do easily. I have no problem paying for it. But I can't have a url thats a million letters long. We want to have something simple.

i don't think it's that long. it's really easy to do, you basically just fill the info in and it does the work for you. just go under My Wedding

I was kind of hoping we can have a url like www.kristenandronwedding.com or something cute like that. I can buy the URL off of GoDaddy.com but I have no idea how to build a website. If theres an online program i can use, to build any type of website as an amateur, that would be great!!!!

ok you can buy a domain name likeIi did and mask it over the long name.. Like lets say www.theknot.com/weddings/lauraandkeith can be masked as keithandlaura.com the site ist he same you are just changing the URL address

I will second and HIGHLY recommend www.weddingannouncer.com - I actually got quite a few compliments and comments about how good of a web designer I was (um, NO, it does it all for you!), and compliments on how quickly I got the page up (I did it in one night).
Best part - it's FREE. Honestly, at a minimum check it out. THe URL would be
yourname.weddingannouncer.com
where you choose how long or short yourname is. I can't recommend it enough
