I wanted to do a wedding website page but the FH suggested to do a FB Fan Page for us to tell our story, share pictures, as well as provide info on our wedding. What do you brides think? Have anyone have done a FB Fan Page. As much as I'm on FB everyday, the thought seems a little weird to me.
Also, for those who have done a wedding website page, any suggestions on where I can create a free site? Thanks!

This is what I did. And although It's not private I've only given it to people I want to see it. I was too afraid to link one up on FB because there are a lot of people on FB not invited to my wedding lol..I wouldn't want the awkwardness of them like posting on the page or asking questions like...ummn wheres my invite? lol

I was going to suggest you DO NOT put it on facebook just for this reason. People really start to come out of the woodworks when they know a wedding is coming up! I'd just make a wedding website and share it with those who you want attending the wedding

Thanks everyone for your feedback. I didn't like the idea on FB either so will have to convince the FH why it's a bad idea..lol
