Orginally I had e-weddings.com. BUt after 3 weeks your site goes into standard and in order to keep it at the premium you have to pay $9.99 a month and after a year the site expires!
I found a great one at momentville.com
Free, Great Pages! You can add videos and lots of pictures.
And the best part is, it's free! And it never expires!

Considering it is free it is the better than I have seen!
Unfortunately- for something that has lots of options and with good quality they usually will have you do a trial for 3 months w/an option to purchase it later.
I used Weddingwindow.com
The good news is that you get to Keep a CD of your Website by the end of the year so u will always have it!

I agree that www.weddingannouncer.com is the best. This service is easy to use and my website turned out great!
I went a step further with my website. I created a wedding network for all of my family and friends using Ning. People can create profiles and share in conversations on forums and blogs etc. check it out .... OurBridalParty.Ning.Com

We used wedding announcer.com
We liked it b/c you could delete and add the pages that you wanted, etc. And it was easy to use

IMO, weddignannouncer.com at least, is considerably more polished-looking, has many more options available, and was MUCH MUCH easier to navigate and understand.
