Most of FH's family are OOT guests about 30 who have never been to NY. I have come up with this plan to ensure they are entertained and occupied.
Friday May 25h: Tour of NYC, Early Dinner.
Saturday May 26th: BBQ at my Mom's house from 11-3pm. Because of this we are just having ONLY Bridal Party and Parents at the Rehearsal Dinner. Is this ok since we are taking all OOT guests into the city and hosting lunch for them?
Plus we are doing pizza and bens for everyone after the wedding on May 27.

Re: Wedding Weekend Timeline
Thats a great itinerary- you have them well taken care of with things to do. They can relax that night and you can have your Bridal party rehearsal dinner.

Great timeline!
I think it is so smart to have something the day after the wedding!

Re: Wedding Weekend Timeline
Thanks for that!!!! I want the rehearsal dinner small and intimate so our close friends can finally meet. Plus I dont want to pay for 50 people to eat again....
I think the timeline will work just fine. Before joining LIW, I had no idea that some people invite OOT guests to their rehearsal dinner. I always thought it was just the bridal party (and significant others), parents, and any other close family members. I don't think you should feel obligated to invite anyone else, especially if there's so many of them.
