Wedding weight?????

Original post by dancinmyazoff

I'm sure alot of you (including myself) have a specific number in their head on how much they would like weigh on their wedding day. Or maybe I'm the only psycotic person But I'm just curiuos how much (if any) pounds would you like to lose before your wedding? For me I'm looking at 14 (please don't reply with no you don't need to lose anything because that's not the purpose I made this thread thx).

and i have a long torso...and long legs...

i gain it in my arms...and my 'pouch'

so even if my legs n stomach thin out... my low abs...and my arms are chubby!! its like what the F...when i got to my thinnest i got rid of my 'pouch' completely...i have to find that pic at home. i was in love with my stomach haha

oh my arms are a big trouble area. Its so annoying bc girls who are bigger than me will have smaller arms...thats why ive really been working them out and now in pics i notice the muscle definition so much

me too...my family has the 'fat arm syndrome' and i got the trait. like i work them out pretty damn good but ill never have perfect arms like kelly ripa..

its so aggrevating, i think i work out my arms more than my abs. I sit there and do weights, then i use the pilates ball to do push up's and things like that, also use the chair for dips, and do boxing moves for my arms, i have to target EVERY area

same here...i do it all...i like to do abs at home whenever i can...every day or every other...

i ALWAYS do the hip abduction and glute machine no matter what i work out...its all bout the booty haha

im not gonna lie..those days..Stacker2 was a BIG help in my losing weight...

i ate right worked out hard and took stacker...

i was so skinny (in my eyes) and i miss it..

damn the ban on ephedra!

I LOVE Stackers...that's how I lost 70lbs!!
and...if you're interested...I know where you can still get ephedra...and I'm taking it now too...fm me if you're interested!

Just be REALLY careful. I used to take Stacker, and I was on BC at the same time, and, my blood pressure SKYROCKETED (I normally have low-average BP) and the DR took me off of BC!

I know it's bad for you...but I was over 100lbs overweight...and am STILL technically 45lbs overweight...so, I rationalize, by saying that being obese is worse for my heart than epehdra could ever be!!!
Plus, I promise FH that I'll only take two a day...for the most part...(I was up to 4 a day when I used to take them...)

lol the only thing i hate is that i also have a short torso so even 5 pounds makes a HUGE difference

I have the opposite problem, a long torso and short legs lol...the first place I end up losing is my stomach, face and arms.....damn you short stubby legs
