Wedding weight?????

I'm sure alot of you (including myself) have a specific number in their head on how much they would like weigh on their wedding day. Or maybe I'm the only psycotic person But I'm just curiuos how much (if any) pounds would you like to lose before your wedding? For me I'm looking at 14 (please don't reply with no you don't need to lose anything because that's not the purpose I made this thread thx).

I need 20-25 lbs before the wedding

I was always a size 4 and then I quit smoking and I blew up. So I already dropped about 10-15 I just need to keep going.

I am going very slow but steady because I need it to stay off after the wedding. I don't feel comfortable the way I am now, so this has become a lifestyle change for me NOT a diet. My goal is 1 lb. a week and so far its been workning

unfortunately, if i lose too much weight.. i lose it in my face & look too drawn & sickly !

Yes i would love to lose some weight, but I don't have a number. I'm in the mindset that this is me, this is who my fh proposed to, they are altering the dress to fit me, the people there are my friends and family and know my body size, as long as I don't GAIN weight before the day I am happy with who I am.

that is exactly the outlook i have adapted as well, good luck as you work towards your weight loss goal!

ps: thus the reason i can't quit smoking, i will replace each cig with a bacon cheese burger!

I know this is a stupid amount, but I need to lose 7 pounds. I have a sick obsession with being 135 for my wedding. Actually, I'd prefer to lose it by next week... oh well, baby steps...

Ok, let me try my before and after... I have no afters of me alone...I'll leave FH in there!
there are way worse befores...but, this is the only one I have on myspace, since it's actually of me and my bff...(I cut her out to protect her privacy! )

i want to lose 20-23 more pounds.. i lost 20 since last year.. howeverrr.. i just want to wear a bikini.. so whatever weight i feel comfy in that ill be soo happy

right now i weigh about 92 lbs (keep in mind i am 5 feet tall and have a really tiny frame)

at one point i weighed 130 lbs ......which means i lost a total of about 40lbs - and trust me it wasn't easy!!!

for years i was 89lbs or under and then i blew up to 130 lbs ( i was on medications which contributed to the weight gain) and it was horrible for me......i went from a jean size 00 to a 5. that is A LOT for a girl my height. I was so tiny before the weight gain that i couldn't find clothes that fit me so i shopped in the kids section!! so you might say 5 is a small size but compared to how tiny I was it was a huge deal to me.....

but anyway what i am getting at is everyone can lose the weight if they put their mind to it.....i was able to do it - it sure wasn't easy but I am back to my old self again....

i dieted and did TONS and TONS of cadio......it was really hard - i actually bought a treadmill and ran every single day for almost an hour.....i am the laziest person EVER so trust me it can be done!

now i just feel like i have extra skin on the back of my arms......ohhh and i have 'saddlebags' now which *****......so i am the skinniest 'fat' person i know lol

i don't have a weight that i want to get down to, but i really want my clothes to fit comfortably again.
I usually wear a size 7 but i've been so stressed out that i've been eating like crazy. i also quit smoking so that added some weight.

if my jeans fit comfortably by Christmas i'll be stoked.

i'd like to eventually lose about 40lbs... but i havent been at the weight that'd make me since Senior year of highschool

I lost 30 lbs already...I have a good 30-40 + lbs to go....I am a big girl!! But I was beginning to think I would never do it, because I have talked about it for so long...but now I know I can!!
