Does anyone know where I could get mini champagne or wine favors for cheap. Most places that claim to be cheap has a ridiculously high shipping rate

we are doing mini champagne bottles, we got them from the local liqiour store, ordered the lables online, and are soaking off the lables already on the bottle and replacing them with ours! its actually not as hard as it seems! they come right off once they have been soaking for a little! and it saves on the shipping if you order the bottles online! hope that helps!

I found mini wine bottles for $1.55 in Queens. I would have to get you the name, I can't think of it off the top of my head right now.
Definitely check your local liquor store. Or Whole Sale stores.
