i haven't personally but a friend has and she RAVES about them - she used them for EVERYTHING

I've heard the opposite. Don't really have specific instances, but people I speak to in the wedding world caution me away from those 'we do everythng' places.

My FSIL used them and the groomsmen's tux's were dirty on the day of the wedding and her dress had a stain on the bottom of the train. I know Wedding World has a lot of departments, so don't go by what I am saying only. Also, their wedding was almost 8 years ago, it could of changed. Good Luck.
