UGH! I was so excited because I ordered cufflinks for the GM's and the dad's during the weddingchannel.com sale. I had them personalized with their initials. I finally after a few weeks get them in the mail today and although they look great...there is this weird film all over them. It looks like a grease or something...I guess from the personalizing? If you are looking at them head on you don't see it but when you look at them from the side you can see it. I emailed them to see what I can do but UGH! So annoying!

They should make it right for you. But if not, could you wipe it with a cloth to clean?

I tried the cloth thing and it didn't work. I emailed them and they replied that they will look into it..... weird
