Wedensday QOTD *

As some of you may know, I´m currently not working and couldn´t apply to a job because of the trip we made end of last year and the one coming up for the wedding. Lately I´ve been going crazy and can´t wait to get back to working a regular job!! People think I´m crazy because they would love to not work. In some ways I like not working a regular job but since money is so tight right now because of the wedding, I really want the extra income!! I got into a whole discussion recently about that which leads me to my question . . .

Do you think you could ever be stay-at-home wife/mom? Or would you be too bored and need to work? What about FH? If it needed to come down to one of you staying at home which would it be?

Good question!

I don't know if I could ever be a stay at home mom. I like the idea because I love kids and I would love to be a hands on parent, but I think I'd go a little stir crazy. I understand that it's a little different since you still have a 'job' (being a mom, housewife, cleaning service, launderer, chef, etc.) but I need to get out of the house.

It's hard to say with FH. He'd probably be ready and willing to stay home, but NOTHING would get done. I'm going to Vegas for three days and I fear the state of the house/dogs when I return! So if it came down to it, it'd have to be me. Especially because FH has the bigger income.

i will only be a stay at home mom when my child are very young. once they start full day school i will be back at work.
i am so board when i am at home, i have not idea what i would do.
