Hey ladies! Wednesday's QOTD is all about bridal showers. If you could plan your own shower, what would you do? Or would you leave it entirely up to someone else? Where would it be? Would you choose to include all of those shower games?
For me, I personally do not want to plan my own shower. I want everything to be a surprise. The only thing I would like to do is hand over a guest list. I also think the shower games are fun, it's interesting to see what your friends and family think of you and your FH!!

I want to be surprised however, I hate the games and I hate wearing that stupid bonnet. But other than that i want to be surprised.

I didn't expect to have a shower because I thought I would be living overseas next year. Now that I know I'm moving to NJ and will be close to home, I really think that my MOH and mom can pull off some sort of a surprise.
Besides the sweet things FH does for me, I've never really had anyone surprise me so I really hope they plan something for me :)

I don't think I want my shower to be a surprise..I'm too nosey & all my friends & family know it....I don't think I'd want too many shower games & I think I'd speed up the gift opening process because I know that can go on forever

Mine can't be a surprise since most of my BP is from out of state. I dont want to plan it, but I have a feeling I will be choosing the location and finding out prices, since my Sister who is MOH lives in FL.
Kind of annoying bc I am always the planner, and for once would like to just have it all done for me. Whatever.

I don't want a surprise, when it comes to the shower I really want to know when it is..I think I'll have some say in things too...my Mom wants to make sure it's what I want and I'm totally fine with that...you guys know me an events, have to have my hand in there somewhere

i'm not even sure if i am going to have a shower yet! But i would like to be surprised and would also like for it to be a themed shower. I love theme parties. Something like SATC theme.

I would love not to have to plan my own bridal shower. I always thought a surprise b-day party would be fun and this seems to be the next best thing

Definitely love the idea of a themed bridal shower. I don't think I want it to be a complete surprise. I just don't want to plan it except for the games.

I really want to just be suprised, I do not want to be included in any planning at all. I'll hand a guest list and that is it. Although not sure if this will happen, I'm fairly certain my SIL will end up just telling me all about it.

I don't like surprises-I get too anxious! I told my mom I want a beach theme, since we got engaged over a beach. If she needs help with anything I'll def help with my shower to make her life easier!

I already know where my shower is going to be held.. at my MOH's backyard.. i just dont know when probably in aug of 2012.. she has a nice inground heated pool.. and i know that all my bm;s are chipping in to catering it ... it will be a nice backyard party with the girls...

I HATE surprises!! I had a surprise 21st birthday party and it terrified me! However, I don't want to plan it and I will be happy with whatever they decide to do for me.
I think my mom wants to make my bridal shower a surprise, but it'll be tough because of time constraints...I'll be finishing law school next year and am getting married in August, and May is finals month, graduation is June, Barbri (bar prep classes) is from late May until the bar (last week of July)...so my guess is that the shower will be in April!

i want to be surprised! i cant wait to see what my girls and mom have planned out for me lol i know my mom has been mentally planning it since prob before i got engaged lol
all i told my girls was 'im giving you an outfit that i would like to wear in advance just make sure you bring it with you so i can change if i want' lol
