Weekend checks!
This is the first weekend that I've managed to find some balance between wedding things and going out and having fun!
We did our cake tasting and picked out the design for our cake. Woodbury CC uses dortonis in Levittown so I wasn't familiar with it but they have some yummy cakes! I highly recommend if anyone is looking for a bakery.
We also ordered our cake topper from etsy. It's going to be a platypus and a giraffe (FH idea, he calls me the duckbilled poggipuss and everyone has always called him a giraffe bc he has a log neck). I wasn't really interested in a cake topper, but he came up with the idea and I thought it was cute. It really made me happy that he's contributing ideas more then anything else!
Lastly, we made our photo guest book on shutterfly and ordered that.
This week I'll be working on more DIY things, going with my mom to see her dress and schedule my first fitting and I have my hair and makeup trial on Saturday!
