WEEKEND ROAD TRIP

Any ideas on a weekend getaway that wont break the wedding bank? I need to escape for a few days with FH...this weekend I hope!

How about the LI vineyards? Or Cooperstown upstate (if fh is a baseball fan). Hershey Park would be nice if the weather is nice.

i like to go on to travelocity or orbitz and look at their last minute get aways.....they usually have some good deals!

i second hershey park! we used to love to do weekend trips ot hershey before we lived in PA!

Lancaster PA is always easy on the wallet. Maybe a weekend in Mystic CT could be fun too.

Atlantic City and then you can shoot over to philly for some real cheese steaks! we love doing that.

I agree with some of the other posters about Lancaster. We stayed at the After Eight B&B last summer. The rooms were gorgeous and the breakfast was great because it was so delicious and filling that you didn't need to eat again until dinner. Plus, the owner always had out fresh baked goodies and other snacks.

Wherever you decide to go, have a great time!

i highly recommend roxybury hotel it is upstate. we went there for snowboarding in january but they have other activities up there but the hotel is so amazing!
