Since I had like 23986234 BBQs this weekend and eat like a pig/drank like a fish - needless to say I am not weighing myself this week LOL
I did start my 2 week cleanse yesterday though so it's def. going to help get me back on track, plus I am starting my hardcore training for the Avon 2 Day Walk in October, so that will be a big motivator.

It's the Enzymatic Whole Body Cleanse - sold at Whole Foods but I have seen at at random other places like GNCor even a Rite Aid or Duane Reade. I do this cleanse 4 times a year and have been doing for I wanna say 6 or 7 years? It's a really good cleanse and it always helps me to jump start and diet and exercise plan I set for myself. It's in a green box - comes with 3 kinds of pills (that's the only downfall is you are literally taking 12 pills a day for 2 weeks straight). They do have an alternative for the Fiber pills that's a liquid form (it's poder you mix into water) but I'd personally just take the pills.

Thank you!!! I have been thinking of doing one but not too sure.... you never know what products actually work and are safe you know. But if you've done it before i will have to look into it!!
Thank you!

not a problem. A friend of my father's recommended it to me a when I first tried it and she had been using it for years so I trusted her judgement. I have never had an problems and it works great. You definitely feel lighter, helps to even clear up your skin, and you will lose some weight.
