Weigh in today

I have my weigh in today and I am so nervous! I was so bad a few days this week. Between the gtg and going to olive garden I think I used all my points for the week in those 2 days.

Isn't it amazing how it can take forever to lose weight but it goes on so fast.

dont worry about it. sometimes the scale may surprise you.

if you did put anything on, sometimes its good to see that so you know ok its time to buckle down.

dont stress about it too much

I lost 2/10ths of a pounds. But at least I lost. So now I am at a rounded 4 pounds that I lost. I am going to behave this week being I got a second chance.
