Weighed in tonight........
I lost 2.6 pounds. I was excited because I have really been following program, but last week I went up a pound.

Hey Congratulations!!! I weighed in tonight too! I was up a pound last week and down 3.8 this week! I am now 9.6 down altogether!
What about you? How long have you been on it?? Isn't it so exciting to see the scale go DOWN!!!
