feeling so mad at myself. even though i am going to the gym and working with a trainer, i am not following weight watchers as i should and hence, no weight loss. and i know it is my own stupid fault. ugh. i just feel like such a COW and i am so scared that i am never going to get it together and that my dress isnt going to fit. sorry just needed to vent.

Re: weight loss (or lack thereof)
just wanted to tell you that you look so great in your first fitting pics!! try not to get so down about this, just keep refocusing the energy into being more disciplined w/ WW. Log everything you eat online (if you are doing the online flex pt programs).

Re: weight loss (or lack thereof)
don't be so down on yourself .. if you are working out and eating correctly you might be turning the 'bad stuff' into muscle and therefore not see much of a change on the scale. don't go by the scale ... just keep doing what you are doing and drink plenty of water and you'll be fine
good luck~!

You look gorgeous -- do not beat yourself up! This is the time to revel in the love you and your FH have found.
I'm trying to lose 30 pounds by my Nov. 4 wedding -- I looked like a freakin linebacker in the dresses I tried on.
You on the other hand look beautiful. I know how stressful it can be and how much anxiety it creates when I worry about people looking at me and judging me. But rest assured, the people at our weddings LOVE us for who we are. No matter what, you will be GLOWING and GORGEOUS!

I feel the same way...in the past month or so I put back a few pounds and I am driving myself crazy. I know I can do this- I just got so far off of the track I was on.
We can do it!!!!

I totally know how you feel. I've been on WW and working out with a trainer...and totally not losing anything because I'm just not sticking to the diet thing right now... You looked beautiful in your first fitting pics! Don't worry you're going to be a beautiful bride!!

Re: weight loss (or lack thereof)
I understand all too well myself. I've been on WW for a year now and I have lost a lot... but now I am stuck... just keep your head up. You look great but I understand we are our hardest critics. Just remember that you have lost so keep praising yourself for the loss that you have already done

Don't stress about it. I did the same thing....I had such high expectations for what I should look like on my wedding day and I didn't lose any weight. Honestly, I still felt beautiful that day and you will too!

Re: weight loss (or lack thereof)
I'm having the same problem - I was doing GREAT for awhile and then I just started getting into a groove at the gym and stopped having as much restraint for chocolate, second helpings, ice cream, etc. I've basically maintained my weight since then, but I'd love to get back to losing - we should work together to be each other's support and motivation. There used to be a thread on here that PortJeffBride would do every day for everyone to check in on how they were doing - kind of held us accountable. We could start that up again?
