Coleen, my mouth dropped when i saw ur before/after. You should be SO SO proud of yourself. You dont need us for that, you have ur body as validation to look at every day.

I did a photo shoot with my friend from work after i lost all the weight.. :)

I know this is an old thread but I am absolutely amazed by some of these pictures...I really want to bookmark this as inspiration and motivation for my weight loss regimen!!
