I was just gonna bump this thread! This week @WW I lost another 1.2 pounds! So, overall, I've lost 8.6 pounds in 3 months. I feel like it's been slow, but I don't have that much to lose. I've exercised 2x this week. And today (well, yesterday! ) I was able to slide right into jeans that haven't fit in MONTHS!!!! I was so excited. Ladies, we can do this! Not just for our weddings, but to be healthy!

That is awesome news Hollie! Thank you for the inspiration.

Aw, you're too sweet honey! Glad I could help.

My gym is in Queens. I also use the gym at my job on the days I cannot make it to my gym.

I go to NYSC long beach

I have a tip- I have to write done what I eat from Buff Brides- It makes me eat alot less - and snack less- knowing that I have to write it down

that's my tip of the day!

Beth- that's a great tip. WW does the same with tracking food... it really helps you see exactly what you're eating.

Russell Stover makes WW cany that 's only 1 pt. per piece! I love them and they totally work on my junk food cravings.

Re: Weight loss support thread

I just thought i would share also. I started WW in July for like the 5th time. But this time I am more determined b/c I want to look great on my wedding day (just like all of us)...

This time I decided to do the Core program. At first it was hard to get used to. But I think I'm adjusting well. I actually find it easier sometimes and I fell more comfortable and not feeling hungary after I eat.

Well I'm in my 9th week, a little over 2 months and I'm down 24.6 pounds!!!!!

I feel great. And I find it very reassuring to know all of you are here too. Thank you all for you support, it has definately made my weight loss journey easier...

This is a great thread ladies.

I just joined WW last night! So hopefully I will see some results! Plus, my FH has me at the gym. He is just the cutest, always supporting my little quirks about weight loss.

Why are us brides always so obsessed with weight?!?

Re: Weight loss support thread

Hi girls. Just wanted to let you all know that I dusted off my sneakers and went to the gym tonight. I was surprised I even remembered my number, but it all worked out OK. Baby steps, right?

Re: Weight loss support thread

Congrats Samantha! You have the right attitude... baby steps. How good did you feel after last night's work out? Just remember that good feeling when you are tempted to not go again.

You may have seen my post above ranting about my arms. This is another good motivational thread.

BUMP for Lisa

Thanks HOLLIE!

Day 3 was pretty good.

I was STRONG when I was with my FH. Oh, he tried to make me eat RICE....but I said 'NO'

and then I 'RAN'

and 'TOLD SOMEONE I TRUST'

(who went to elemenatry school in the 80's?)
