Re: Weight Watcher ladies
If you use weight watchers whole wheat bread; or there's a whole wheat sandwich flats i think the two pieces combined are only like 1 point.
Then a lean turkey breast white-one slice is 2 points (2oz). Load it up with tomatoes; lettuce and mustard for 0 points; you've got a sandwich totalling between 3-5 points depending how much turkey you put on it. (no cheese)

Re: Weight Watcher ladies
I would first find a whole wheat bread that is high in fiber because that helps to bring down the points for 2 slices (I recommend Pepperidge Farm Double Fiber Bread... 2 slices = 2 points). Fiber One Whole Wheat bread is really good (2 slices = 3 points).
As far as what's in the sandwich here some examples:
- 2 oz Boars Head Buffalo Chicken & 2 oz Boars Head Deluxe Brand Ham = 3 pts - 1 slice Low Fat Pepper Jack Cheese (I use the Sargento slices because they are all the same size and portioned properly) = 1 pt. or - 1 slice 2% Kraft Singles Yellow American = 1pt
If I want to make the sandwich a little more filling: Tomato, Lettuce, Onion = all 0 pts
1/2 Avocado = 4pts.
You can also get those small cans of Bumblebee Tuna (I believe the whole can is 2 pts... if not than 3 pts - can't remember off hand). and use a reduced fat mayo (I use hellmans) and a serving size of that which is plenty for that small can is like 1 or 2 pts.
HTH! If you have any more questions ask away!
