This is my first post here, I am in my 2nd week of the WW flex program and I would like to know if anyone else is on this program and would like to be each others support system. My wedding date is 8/4/07 and I would like to have reach my goal by then. My current weight is 142.6 and I would like to reach my 10% goal of 128.34 or goal of 125 by the wedding date is this possible. I have a sweet tooth, and hard time not skipping meals. FM if you would like to be my partner (s) in the weight lost journey.

Well it happens.. my secret lover (Bob Greene) says that the first 2 months, is always losing and gaining, especially with water weight..so as long as you remember that and dont get discouraged.. .like I usually do.

Re: Weight Watchers
i just put up the same post before i saw this one. I was thinking of joinging again. after reading these posts, i made up my mind & going to do it.. with all this wedding planning it will be challenging to make the mtgs AND hit the gym... but i am determined. feeling a bit down with the weight gained. i guess i got comfortable being in a relationship..i really need a jump start & more importantly i want to start eating right & have more energy..
Hopefully we can all support each other & reach our goals

Day 3, and it's really not that bad....At least you can eat on WW. There are so many great 3 or 2 point snacks for your sweet tooth....You do feel better almost immediately. I am going to Vegas is 3 weeks and I just want some of my summer clothes to fit me. Panicked...........................Let me know when you join.... and good for you

Re: Weight Watchers
Hi girls...been on WW before and just went back hoping to lose some weight. Lost 15 on Jenny Craig for my wedding...gained about 8 pounds back since then. Want to lose that and more. First week I lost 3.2 - just weighed in yesterday. I'm so happy - it's good to be back with WW!

Re: Weight Watchers
Congratulations!!!! Its a great feeling when that happens Are you doing core or flex?
I'm trying so hard. I'm on my fourth week and lost only 1.4 what the hell. One week I gained 3 and then lost 3 the next. I'm back and fourth. I need a good kick start. I go to the gym 3 days a week. What the hell is wrong with me.

Re: Weight Watchers
I know how you feel!!! It is disheartening! I go to spin 3 -4 times a week, I only lost 3.8lbs in 2 weeks and then the 3rd week i gained a lb...
But I did lose on core...not on flex. im gonna go back to core, and be more strict with my carbs..thats the only thing that actually worked for me int he past..
