Weight Watchers

so i am thinking of joining ww again. I joined about a year ago with a friend by my job but gave up. it was hard to make the mtgs when things got nutz at work. i am hoping it work this time since i have a goal of losing 20 pounds by my wedding. which program did worked for anybody that is/was a member.. the flex or core plan? it worked for awhile becaue the thought of being weighed in & not losing anything motivated me. also, i am going to join one by my house so i have no excuse. i think there is one in New Hyde Park.

any success stories??.. i need alot of motivation. i am have been delaying dress shopping until i lose some weight... but i have about a year to go.

I love WW all day long!
I lost almost 20 pounds last year on it...but I did gain almost half back from being lazy once the weight came off.. I stopped doing WW and stopped going to the gym. I'm back on again now and I've lost 7 pounds so far, so it definitely works, but you've got to stick with it!

I lost on Core 3.8 in 2 weeks, but im also doing spin classes (kick my butt) so I was hoping to lose more by now. So Im following JASONSGIRL's plan and switching to flex this week, maybe Ill see an improvement.

Good Luck! Let us know how it goes.

Re: Weight Watchers

hi girls...
I just went back to WW last week...have my first weigh in since joining today...wish me luck!
I have lost on it in the past - up to 20 lbs a few diff. times. I just never stay on it for life so the weight always slowly creeps back and all of a sudden I realize it's all back and more. I'm not big into the gym...I have to drag myself there. So I need WW. I did Jenny Craig last year to lose weight for my wedding - lost about 15 lbs in 3 months with them but I got SO tired of eating out of a box every meal! So I'll see how I do on WW this time.
