Re: Weight Watchers
I'm still new, so don't yell at me for what you're about to read
Breakfast:
1/2 bagel w/little bit cream cheese ( I couldn't help myself !!!! )- 6 points
coffee w/creamer -3 points
16 oz water - 0 points
Lunch: (I will eat around 12:30-1pm, I'll behave better):
Smart ones frozen meal - 4 points
Crystal light - 0 points
That totals 13 points, I can go between 20 and 25. I will try to stay at the low end like abc does, so that leaves me 7 points for dinner to make total of 20.

Re: Weight Watchers
LizThis is the basic receipe. U can add as much more 'free' vegtables to it, or some people make a big batch, and seperate it into different containers, and add other stuff - chicken, different seasoning, or puree it
servings | 12
POINTS 0
course | Soups
Ingredients
1 leek chopped
1/2 onion chopped
2 stalks celery chopped
2 clove fresh garlic minced
2 green zucchinis sliced
3-4 carrots sliced
1 can green beans
1 can chopped tomato with basil & oregano
1 small can tomato paste
2 quarts non-fat or low-fat chicken broth
1/2 head chopped cabbage
2-3 Tbl. each: chopped fresh basil, oregano and thyme
(if using dried herbs, use about 1/2 tsp each and add more as you'd like)
salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
Saute celery, onion, and garlic with Pam in large stock pot. Add broth and all ingredients bring to boil, cover and simmer for 1+ hours.
I have lots of receipes. If you have a crock pot, I can send you a link from home

Re: Weight Watchers
I know that the diet works I have been on it for 6 months and have lost 36 pounds..... It is amazing what a treat real salad dressin g is when you have it!!! I started to walk in March and it has helped a lot, and recently joined a exercise class thru the local adult ed, I highly recommend it! Good luck everyone! What keeps me motivated as I am huffing and puffing is my dress, I invision myself a white marshmellow if I put something naughty in my mouth. Only 25 more pounds to go!

Lunch - bagel with 'faux' butter, banana
snack - wheat crackers (3pts), small box raisins
dinner - will be chicken cutlet and a baked potato
