Someone posted a website a long time ago that lists all of the points for items from fast food restaurants. I can't find it!
Does any one know the website - thanks

Re: Weight Watchers ???
another great site to try is Hungry Girl , when I used to go to WW meetings my leader recommended this site. It's great!! They give good advice on eating healthy and almost everything they convert to WW points
Those two web sites are great. WW web site is really good 2 when you become a member.

aimeesadventures.com is also a great site for recipes. She has a lot of crockpot recipes on there too!

When you go to this site, I clicked on resturants and hten I clicked on teh resturant I wanted info on. Are the numbers next to the food description the points value?
