Re: Weight Watchers
Best of luck you!! The first time I did weight watchers It did wonders... my second time around not so much, it mostly had to do with my over consumption and love of oreos!! I want to start up again. FH lost 10 lbs in like 3 weeks ( Lucky )!!!

Yay! Good Luck, thats great. Maybe make yourself a motivation board and hang it somewhere. I'm not sure how WW works exactly but ppl rave about it. I didn't do that but I counted calories and reduced portion sizes and ate more frequently and it did wonders for me. I think WW is a similar concept, and its wonderful! You can do it!!!! Let me know if you need a cheerleader. The things I've overcome, I'll about motivating people who are about being healthy!

Weight Watchers is amazing! I've been on and off of it for the passed 3 yrs. The hardest part for me is sticking with it, but it's totally worth it!
Good luck! Don't let anyone discourage you!

Re: Weight Watchers
I love weight watchers. I actually lost 50 pounds about 3 years ago. Now I want to loose the 20 pounds that I gained since meeting my FH. It is hard to stay motivated but between having you girls., bpics and the wedding I know I can do it!

Re: Weight Watchers
congrats, I'm sure you'll take that 20 lbs off in no time. FH and I started about 2 months ago and really like it. Although we completely have not been doing well the past 2 weeks, so its back on 100% now!

Yay Mara!!! thats why we are here for! to keep eachother motivated. I'm doing WW online. Here is a link of weight watchers friendly recipes you can cook at home. I have done a few of these and they are delicious if you are interested.
Thanks... I actually use this website. I have made the Low Fat Mac and Cheese and it is definitely yummy~

Re: Weight Watchers
also try skinnytaste.com for recipes. As for DWLZ, be careful with her Nutritional Info. It's not accurate, especially with the new Points Plus calculations on WW.
I lost 40 lbs 3 yrs ago and have gained it all back. Awful and depressing, and I have to get back at it.
