Weight Watchers

I am soooo excited. I went to the Weight Watchers meeting at 8:15am in Huntington and all the hard work this week paid off!

I lost 3.8 pounds!

Now to keep the motivation... Tonight I am going out drinking but I have to drive so that will keep me limited to one or two drinks!

I didn't go to weigh in the past two weeks. I knew I gained and so I didn't go =/ ....I know that was a bad move. I just went to weigh in and i only gained .2 but I'm still upset with myself for letting that happen.

I'm really nervous about the next 3 weeks. Next week I have press all week which means i have no clue when or where ill be eating. And going to the gym every night will be iffy. The following week I'm on vacation and then the week after that ill be in Cali traveling for work. I really really don't want to go 3 weeks without a loss.
