Re: Weight Watchers
Yep! Lost 20 pounds on it. I didn't want to pay anymore so stopped probably 6 or more months ago. Trying to maintain on my own...but need to incorporate exercise too to see results.

How long did it take you to lose 20 lbs?

Re: Weight Watchers
Ummm hard to say. Maybe 5-6 months total. The last few pounds have been fluctuating since I have stopped. Stopped tracking and slacking on working out.
I have another 8ish pounds I want to loose...but I need to get my behind in the gym for that. I try not to over eat...and try to still follow the measuring process...I just havent tracked in a long while.

I signed up about 3 weeks ago.
I lost 3.8lbs the first week and 1 lb last week.
I get weighed in again on Friday.

Re: Weight Watchers
i did it a about a year ago and was NOT successful at all. i would lose maybe 1 pound every other week and i followed it pretty closely (lost 3 pounds in 5 months). The person running the group said it depends on your weight (I am in the normal weight range for my height so he said that is why i didnt lose as much as some other people). I got VERY frustrated and gave up. I recently started counting calories on thedailyplate and find it much better....i lost 4.5 lbs in 3 weeks

Were you exercising too? Dropping calories and burning them you will loose slowly but surely. U can't rely on diet alone. It won't work.

Re: Weight Watchers
I joined in February and its been great so far. I have lost about 12 ponds so far but have been not so great the last few weeks. Its just changed the way I eat (water only, lots of fruits and veggies) and has taught me that I can't eat without abandon and have no consequence. I definitely recos making weigh ins every week, they've been my reality check. I'll have weeks when I gain a little but the weigh INS keep you in check. Good luck!

Those weigh ins do help.... I never had a scale at home, but I bought one after I stopped going to WW...because it helps. But not just the number go by how your clothes fit too.
Good luck ladies!
